Common questions
Is Zodian free?
Yes — Zodian is free while in beta, on the web and on mobile. Paid plans will arrive later with advance notice, and your data stays yours either way.
What does a chart include?
Birth charts in South and North Indian styles, 16 divisional charts, the 120-year Vimshottari dasha timeline, yogas and doshas, and readings in your language.
Can I check marriage compatibility?
Yes — the Porutham screen runs the traditional 10-porutham matching between any two saved profiles and explains each porutham in plain language.
Does Zodian have panchangam and horai?
Yes — daily panchangam (tithi, nakshatra, yogam, karanam), horai tables, and rahu kalam / yamagandam timings, localised to your place.
Which languages are supported?
Six. English, Tamil and Hindi are fully translated — charts, readings and the whole workspace. Kannada, Malayalam and Telugu are in beta: the core screens are translated and anything not yet translated shows in English. Switch languages from the navigation on every page or in Settings.
Is my birth data private?
Your profiles are visible only to you, are never sold, and can be deleted any time. The full details are on our Privacy page.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes — Zodian is on Android via Google Play and on iOS via TestFlight. Sign in with the same Google account to keep your history together.
Can I export a chart as PDF?
Yes — open a chart, go to the Export tab and choose "Chart report". It opens a printable report; use your browser's "Save as PDF" in the print dialog. The mobile app has its own PDF export too.
How do I report a bug?
Email hello@zodian.in with what you did, what you expected, and a screenshot if you have one. We usually reply within a day.
